Can you make beds for larger dogs?

As of right now, I am only making small beds (Between 15x15x4" and 16x16x4"). However, I may be able to customize a bed for your preferences. A larger bed would mean more yarn and therefore a more expensive bed and a longer time required for crocheting. How long does it take to receive my order?

All beds are made to order. Once your order is placed, I will start working on it and will ship/ deliver it to you within 1-2 weeks. I will make sure to update you on the status of your order and give you an estimate as to when you should expect to receive the order. It takes me roughly 4 days, 16 hours total to make one bed. This all depends on the number of orders I have at the time!

What is your return policy?

Since all beds are handmade and made to order, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or offer refunds. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, please email me with your concerns and I will gladly fix the bed or offer a replacement. If you encounter an issue with your purchase please reach out at knottycatscrochet@gmail.com
Are all beds priced the same?

Yes! As of right now, all beds are $60.
How do I place an order?

Please contact me at knottycatscrochet@gmail.com or message the Knotty Cats Crochet Facebook Page to place an order. Since I am just starting with selling, I have not added the option to pay directly through my website yet. Hopefully that will be an option in the future!
What payment do you accept?

I accept Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and payment through Facebook messenger
Do you do local deliveries?

Yes! I will personally deliver any local orders (Louisville, Kentucky/ surrounding areas) within a resonable distance from my home. I live in Middletown (40245) and I am willing to do a contactless delivery straight to your home!
